Chapter 333:
Smack!
Jessa fell to her knees, spitting out two teeth and a mouthful of blood. “Tell them!” Cathy screamed. “Why the
hell did you setup?”
Jessa, struggling to speak through her swollen face, tried to form words, but her mouth was too damaged to
speak clearly.
Belinda’s gaze sharpened as she looked at the bright red blood and two teeth that Jessa had spat onto the floor.
“Miss Miller, are you really treating someone who has worked for you for over four years with such cruelty?”
With tears streaming down her face, Cathy said angrily, “Even though we shared a deep bond, there's no way |
can forgive her after all the terrible things she did behind my back that you blamed on me.” With a look of
disdain, she wiped away her tears and looked down at Jessa. “After all these years, | thought of you as family. |
never expected you to betraylike this.”
“Why the theatrics, Miss Miller?” Belinda sneered, observing Cathy's insincere demeanor. “Jessa is merely an
agent. If you weren't orchestrating her actions, why would she repeatedly target me? She holds no personal
grudge against us. Why would she attempt to tarnish your reputation and endanger me?”
A dark intent to kill surged within Cathy. She silently vowed to eliminate Belinda.

reputation, but...” She paused, glancing at Kristopher. “She might think my close relationship with Kristopher and
my kindness have made her untouchable, believing he would always defend her for my sake.”
Fuming, she approached Jessa and delivered a fierce kick, sending her sprawling across the floor. Jessa struggled
with the pain before managing to rise.
Sitting on the floor, she covered her face, her expression one of betrayal. Having served Cathy for over four
years, Jessa believed she understood and shared a special bond with her, perhaps even more profound than the
bond Cathy shared with her own parents. Yet, staring at the familiar yet distant face, Jessa felt a crushing
realization of her misunderstanding.
Hoarsely, she managed to utter, “Cathy...”

“Don’t call me!” Cathy glared at Jessa with fury. “I don’t keep company with people who do evil like you.”
“Miss Miller.” Anthony glanced at Cathy with an indifferent look before speaking in a calm, authoritative tone.
“Did you think your agent believed you would protect her, or did you promise her your protection?” He was no
stranger to such situations. He had seen it all in his younger days. He understood that Cathy's actions were
aimed at shifting the blonto Jessa to preserve her own reputation and image in front of Kristopher. Such
tactics were all too familiar to him.
Feeling the intensity of Anthony's piercing gaze, Cathy becflustered. She stretched her neck and forced
herself to meet his eyes. “It was all her doing... | had no idea she was pulling such tricks behind my back.”
With a sneer, Anthony turned his cold
gaze to Jessa and challenged-hep,
